I create clear project schedules with defined milestones and deadlines, track progress regularly, and adjust plans as needed to stay on track. I communicate updates promptly to keep stakeholders aligned and ensure timely, successful project delivery.

Risks

I proactively manage project risks by identifying potential issues early, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation plans. I’ve also developed tools to track and monitor risks throughout the project, allowing for timely adjustments and minimizing potential disruptions.

Budgets

Budgeting is a critical part of any project. I closely monitor spending and ensure any potential overruns are identified and escalated promptly. To support this, I’ve developed custom spreadsheets and tools that streamline budget tracking and improve financial visibility throughout the project.

Quality

I ensure quality on a project by setting clear standards from the start, conducting regular reviews, and addressing issues early. I promote open communication, collaborate closely with the team, and verify that all deliverables meet requirements before final approval.

Coding

I don’t consider myself a programmer or developer, but I have learned some coding to help me in different tasks. I’m not an expert in any computer language, but I know some basics in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and SQL. I also know of resources to access when I get stuck in a coding project.

Software

I’m always expanding my skills and exploring new features across various software programs. I’ve completed courses in Excel, data analysis and presentation, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, MS Project, Asana, Visio, and WordPress. I’m also comfortable working in both Mac and PC environments.
