Team Leadership Role

In 2023, I participated in an internal qualification program offered by my employer. Participants were divided into teams, and my team selected me as the leader and coordinator. Over several months, we explored various aspects of project management in depth. As team leader, I was responsible for communicating milestones, deadlines, and updates from the program organizers to my team, as well as keeping the team aligned and motivated. I supported my teammates in completing their projects on time and to a high standard—without taking over their work. This experience significantly strengthened my team leadership and coordination skills.
