Rescuing a Renovation Initiative

Problem

A workplace renovation project had strong ideas behind it but lacked a coordinated plan. Tasks were being handled ad hoc across different departments, causing misalignment, repeated rework, and conflicting priorities.

Action

I stepped in to establish structure and drive clarity. I developed a unified project timeline, coordinated with vendors, aligned key decisions across departments, and planned the furnishings and layout updates. My focus was ensuring the project moved forward cohesively and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

With clear direction and coordinated execution, we successfully transformed the workspace. The project stayed on schedule, disruption was minimized, and stakeholders had confidence in the process from start to finish.
